Historical Catholic Kansans

A new feature that we are introducing on February 1, 2008 will highlight historical Catholic Kansans. These articles taken from the book, History of Kansas State and People, published in five volumes by William E. Connelley, Secretary of the Kansas State Historical Society, Topeka. The book was published by The American Historical Society, Inc. in 1928. The book is written such that it assumes the reader is in 1928; please bear that in mind when reading the articles.

The first article that we will look at is of J. Arch Lewis. Mr. Lewis was a Past Grand Knight and Former District Deputy of the Knights of Columbus.
